General Rules!

● Teams Consist of 2-4 Individuals

● Entire Team Must Stick Together While Hunting, No Splitting Up To Make Different Stands

● Team Captains Must Record Tagging Process with Cell Phones and Submit to Proper Google Drive - Instructions On How to Submit Are Provided Via Email to Team Captains and During Facebook Live Prior to Event

● All Hunters Must Sign a Waiver That Is To Be Emailed To All Participants

● Any Hunter Under the Age of 18 Must Have a Parent Signed Release and Must Be Hunting With Someone Over the Age of 18

● At Least 1 Member of Your Team Must Be Present During Awards - If No Team Members Are Present For Awards It Will Be Passed Onto The Next Team

● All Coyotes or Bobcats Must Be Killed Within the States of Kansas or Missouri

● All Participants Must Have a Valid Hunting License For the State They Are Harvesting Coyotes In. If Your Team Harvests a Dog in Kansas - All Team Members Must Have a Kansas Hunting License, and a Harvest in Missouri Requires All Hunters Have a Valid Missouri Hunting License

● All KDWP and MDC Rules And Regulations Must Be Followed At All Times

● No Hunting Dogs Allowed

● No Use of Traps (Foot, Live, or Snares)

● No Running or Pushing Dogs with ATV, UTVs, Etc

● Use of Drones For Any Part of the Harvest is Not Allowed

● Thermal and/or Night Vision is Allowed

● Calling, Stalking, and Baiting Are Allowed Within State Regulations

● High Fence Ranches, Game Preserves, Hunting Clubs, etc - Are Not Allowed

● All Hunting Must Be Conducted in Fair Chase

● All Dogs and Bobcats Must Be Brought In For Weight Verification

● Once a Dog or Bobcat is Killed - Each Team Must Record a Video and Send to VOF Based On Instructions Provided

● Each Team Will Be Provided A Specific Card Color and Suit and Our Facebook Live Will Reveal Which Color Card Will Remove Which Side Ear

● Videos Must Include the Following

Coyote Harvests

■ Team Name

■ Team Members

■ Card Suit and Color

■ Eye Shine Test

■ Rigamortis Shake

■ Ear Removal

○ Bobcat Harvests (Fur Bearers License Required to Harvest)

■ Team Name

■ Team Members

■ Card Suit and Color

■ Rigamortis Shake

● Check In is No Later than 6pm Saturday February 15th at a Location To Be Determined

● All Teams Must Be In Line to Weigh In By 6 pm - 15 Minute Grace Period With a Courtesy Phone Call to a VOF Board Member

● All Kills are Property of the Harvesting Team

● All Kills MUST Be Disposed of Humanely, Legally, and Properly

● Entry Fee is Non Refundable

● VOF is Not Liable for Any Injuries or Fines Teams Receive if State Laws or Regulations Are Not Followed

● Teams With the Most Coyote Kills Win. If Two Teams Bring In The Same Number of Dogs, Winner is Determined by Weight

● Registration - $150/Team

● Awards to Follow Directly After Weigh In

● Payout is As Follows

○ 1st Place - 30%

○ 2nd Place - 20%

○ 3rd Place - 10%

○ VOF - 40%

● Side Bounties May Be Available - Included in Cost of Registration and Subject to Sponsorship Availability

Breaking Any Of These Rules Puts Teams At Risk for Disqualification
